One of London’s most successful young figurative painters, Luke has held solo shows regularly at Oakham Contemporary’s sister gallery, Panter & Hall, for the last eight years. His dramatic oils of the Thames and Venice in a variety of different atmospheric conditions are well known to collectors and in this, the fruits of two years work, he has produced undoubtedly his best work so far.

Jonathan studied at the Central School of Art and Design and at Falmouth School of Art where he was taught by Francis Hewlett and Robert Organ.
