A graduate of Camberwell (where Tom Philips awarded him the Painting Prize) and the Royal Academy Schools, Jason is the current elected President of The New English Art Club. In a long and highly successful career he has exhibited widely and won many awards, notably the President’s Choice at the Royal Academy and the first Critics’ Choice at the New English Art Club. He has been artist in residence at Fulham Football Club in the 1980s and has held the same post at Kew Bridge Steam Museum since 1997. A founder of the New English Art Club School of drawing, Jason now runs his own centre for drawing and painting studies at his studio at the Steam Museum where he runs small courses for selected groups.
