Charlotte Ardizzone NEAC RWA
Charlotte Ardizzone trained at St Martins and the Byam Shaw Schools of Art, holding her first solo exhibition at the Drian Gallery in 1970. A regular exhibiter at the Royal Academy she draws her inspiration jointly from her Norfolk home and her house in the Lot region of southern France. Many leading London galleries have held solo exhibitions over the years, notably Blond Fine Art in 1979 and the Curwen Gallery in 1984. Examples of her work can be found in the permanent collections of the National Gallery of Australia, the University of Columbia, the University of Dublin, National Gallery of Poland, and the Nuffield Foundation.
