Alex studied at Chelsea College of Art and Design before gaining a degree in History of Art at Edinburgh University and finally attending Heatherley’s School of Art. He was elected a member of the New English Art Club in 2004 and has subsequently won a wide range of awards including the Heatherley’s Prize, the New English Art Club Drawing Scholarship, the Woodhay Gallery Prize and The Arts Club Prize at a recent NEAC Annual Exhibition.
